Welcome to DAE Bridge. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Mentorship Conduct

DAE Bridge is a platform for genuine mentorship. Users agree to engage respectfully, honor commitments, and treat shared information with care. Repeated no-shows, harassment, or misuse may result in account suspension.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on the platform (profile information, notes, messages). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content as needed to operate the Services.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Where applicable, paid features are governed by the pricing and terms presented at the point of purchase. See our Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund details.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via the Delete Account page.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the conduct, advice, or content of users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAE Bridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAE Bridge from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DAE Bridge is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
