Cancellation Policy
Effective January 1, 2026
This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions and services on DAE Bridge.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
2. Refunds
- Monthly plans: Generally non-refundable, but you retain access through the end of the billing period.
- Annual plans: Refunds may be available on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, plans are non-refundable.
- Organization plans: Governed by the Master Services Agreement signed with your organization.
3. Free Trials
You may cancel any free trial before it ends to avoid charges. Once a trial converts to a paid plan, standard refund rules apply.
4. Mobile App Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by those platforms. Cancel via your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of those stores.
5. Account Deletion
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account and associated data, see Delete Account.
