Delete Your Account
Effective January 1, 2026
You can request permanent deletion of your DAE Bridge account and associated personal data at any time. This page describes how the process works and what data is removed or retained.
1. How to Request Deletion
You can delete your account in two ways:
- In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- By email: Send a deletion request from the email associated with your account to support@daebridge.com with the subject line Delete My Account.
2. What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, photo, bio, skills, goals).
- Your private messages and session notes you authored.
- Your goals, milestones, and achievement history.
- Your authentication credentials and account metadata.
3. What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons:
- Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
- Aggregate engagement data shared with your organization (without personal identifiers).
- Records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
- Backup copies, which are purged on a rolling schedule.
4. Timeline
Deletion is initiated within 7 days of your verified request and completed within 30 days, except for residual data described above.
5. Organization Members
If you joined via an organization, your administrator may need to remove or transfer certain organization-owned content (such as program participation records) before your personal data can be fully deleted.
6. Cancel a Subscription First
If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion. See our Cancellation Policy.
