Before you choose
How does the free trial work?
Growth comes with a 14-day free trial for an organisation on Free that has not had one. You get everything in Growth for the trial. To keep it, add a card before it ends — nothing is charged until the trial is over. Otherwise the organisation moves back to Free, and nothing is deleted.
What happens if we go over a plan's limits?
Nobody is removed and nothing is deleted. Adding more — members, mentors, programmes or registration codes — simply waits until you move to a larger plan or are back under the limit.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, from Billing on your dashboard. Moving up starts straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Moving down, or changing billing period, starts when the current period ends; until then you keep everything you have.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly is billed once a year and costs up to 22% less than paying monthly. You can change billing period from Billing; the change starts when the current period ends.
How do the mentee, mentor and admin limits work?
Each plan sets its own number for mentees, mentors and admins — "Unlimited" means no cap on that role. Where a plan also has a total members figure, that is everyone together, and it applies as well: a plan with unlimited mentees and 50 total members holds up to 50 people in all.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time from Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted, and you can come back to a paid plan whenever you are ready.
How do we pay?
By card, through Stripe. A receipt for every payment is kept on the Billing page of your dashboard, ready to download.
